SHIPPING
Do you mail packages internationally?
- Yes! International shipping now available! Please make sure your country is accepting packages/mail from overseas before placing your order. All orders are shipped via USPS and I can currently ship to most countries unless listed HERE. Please check. Thank you~
Please be aware that there still may be delays in international shipping. It can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks.
What are the shipping options?
- All packages will be mailed out via USPS. You can choose to have your package mailed as First-class (3 - 5 days) or Priority (2-3 days).
- Any packages weighing more than 12 oz will automatically be shipped via Priority mail regardless of which method you choose.
- Both methods with include a tracking number that you will receive via e-mail after your item has been shipped. Packages can be tracked at USPS.com,
Can I combine shipping if I want items from both shops?
- Yes! If you want to buy items from both my fan merch shop and official merch shop, add the items to cart as usual and checkout. All items will be mailed together and you won't need to pay separate shipping.
When will you ship out my package?
- Packages will usually be shipped out 2-3 business days after an order has been received. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email that will also including a tracking number.

What is your return and exchange policy?
- All sales are FINAL.
- We are not responsible for any damages or loss caused during transit.

What if item I received is incorrect/defective?

Why is my acrylic charm/stand not clear?
- There is a film on either the front or both sides of the charm/stand that may make it look cloudy. Please remove as you please.
What is the difference between the shops?
- Fan Merch Shop: All items sold here include fanart drawn by Pepermintblondi.
- Official Merch Shop: All items sold here are 100% official merchandise from Japan. Many items are from exclusive/limited time events.
